Tap n Turn
Students who will be four years old by September 1st are invited to take this class. "Tap 'n' Turn" is a one-hour class once a week and is designed for the 4 year old. The dance disciplines taught in this class are: Tap in tap shoes, with terminology; Ballet with terminology and Acrobatic tricks with terminology. The first 20 minutes of class is tap dance. The student will bring his/her ballet shoes and will change out of the tap shoes into ballet shoes after approximately 20 minutes of class. 20 minutes of Ballet will be next, followed by 20 minutes of acrobatics. In "Tap 'n' Turn" the student will learn classroom discipline, the art of ballet, rhythmic tapping, fun acrobatic tricks, self-confidence, the joy of performance and much more! Class attire is: Girls - pink Ballet shoes, black Tap shoes, tights, leotard and the option of a skirt or shorts in any color, any style. Hair pulled back off face and neck. Boys - black Ballet shoes, black Tap shoes, athletic pants or shorts and a tee shirt in any color, any style.
